For speakers with a draft or a structure who need
sharp, experienced eyes on it. We work through narrative arc, voice, and delivery in a focused
60-minute session — and you leave with a clear
action plan.
Full Talk Build
From blank page to polished script. We develop your idea together over multiple sessions — finding the story, shaping the structure, and scripting every word so it sounds like you at your best.
Complete Preparation

About
I've spent 20 years finding the talks worth remembering.
I joined TED in 2004, drawn in by the power of a single idea, well-told. Over 17 years, I worked alongside Chris Anderson to build the speaker lineup — scouting talent around the world, shaping narratives, and helping hundreds of thinkers find their voice on the world's biggest stage.
I've since led thought-leadership programming at Clubhouse, curated an event series on democracy, worked with private clients on communication, and helped build the Edelman Fossil Park & Museum, a science museum outside Philadelphia. Through it all, what's stayed constant is what drives me: helping people and ideas show up at their very best.
I've also hosted the Nobel Prize Summit, a collaboration between the Nobel Foundation and the National Academy of Sciences.
Orkney Projects is where that work continues … one speaker at a time.
